杜克大学教授Dr. Andy Krystal and Jack Edinger做过的一项实验显示[2],能在7张床里面通过试睡而选到最适合自己的床的机率小于15%。由于人清醒时与睡着时的肌肉状态不同[3],在店里买床能做出准确的选择是极度需要运气的。
由于每个人身高,体重,肩宽,臀宽,肌肉状态,腰椎形状,腰椎状态,睡姿习惯等因素都不同,许多研究证实[4],没有特定软硬度的床垫适合多数人,每一种软硬度都有可能最适合你,而这背后的奥秘仍然是个谜。
